this weekend was, shall we say, interesting. aiden, sophie, and billie came over like they do every saturday (whether i'm here or not) and after having ourselves a jolly good time at the cinema, we decided to have, as sophie called it "a slumber party!!" honestly, being surrounded by girls is difficult.
apparently, it is not normal for guys and girls to have slumber parties at this age. i did not know that. well, i can assure you that our slumber party was in no way sexy. well, apart from the bit where billie stripped to the mexican hat dance. only that wasn't sexy--more like disturbing. and the funny thing is, he did it all for pancakes. i wanted to tell him that there actually were no pancakes, but sophie seemed to think it was for the best.
anyway, at like one in the morning, billie decides that our party is lacking a few people. so he called up iszy and lauren (from our old school), and chester, david, and lyle (from our new school), and his nanny maria. sure enough they all came over (with the exception, of course, of his nanny). i think i should breif you on who these people are before i continue:
iszy--jewish, lioness-type girl, very amusing in a dry sort of way
lauren--lesbian-since-birth, best friend of lyle coincidently, extremely...shall we say "loose", very nice deep down
chester--fat itallian kid (need i say more?)
david--probably the most vain person i know, keeps hoping lauren will turn straight for him
lyle--the most amazing boyfriend i could ever ask for
maria--strict mexican lady
lauren started complaining that the party was too boring and why hadn't we invited any "nice lesbian girls", as she says. that's when billie turned up the stereo, jumped on the table, and started strip-cha-cha-ing. as spacey as he is, it's hard not to love him. finally, after many beers, david convinced lauren that he sort of looked like a girl, and they were both content as they made out. chester and billie kept going on about their super-mario-cart championship and i think they played it all night. iszy, sophie, and aiden all clumped in a corner to watch lord of the rings or something, and since neither lyle nor i really felt like having a heart to heart or anything, we just got piss drunk and the like. funny how he really minds about drugs, but not at all about alcohol.
and then sunday i spent an entire day on homework. what an anti-climax.
in conclusion, i feel weekends are enjoyable occurances and would certainly appreciate it if one decided to pop up as soon as it would please.
