(no subject)
This evening previous, we ran our first attempt at Exalted, without any grandiose ideas. We've all decided to give it a shot, the way we feel it was meant to be run. The group did well enough, though they're all obviously still getting in to character, and as such I expect little of them until the third or fourth session. Granted, this group has a way of suprising me that I find considerably refreshing.
Beyond that, we also discussed plans for All Hallows Eve. We will be gathering, in our time-honoured tradition, IC at the resteraunt of our choice... The Keg, if we can manage the funds this time, and having a jolly old time playing there, and weirding out the servers accordingly.
I think it should go well.
In other news, one of the members of this little boxed-social will be coming from his store, over to mine, to take on the role of Assistant Manager. Now, there are only two positions available for ASM at this store, and being as A)- He's taking one, and B)- I really don't think it a good idea to be answerable to him, I am going to be working harder still... ((as though that were possible)) to get that coveted second position. Hopefully, but doubtfully, before the Yule.
We shall see.
