The Living well Workshop was developed by Stanford University for people with a variety of ongoing conditions such as: diabetes, asthma, depression, anxiety, cancer, heart disease, pain, arthritis, HIV/AIDS and other health concerns.  Activities create confidence around regaining control of your life, gaining relief from symptoms, staying active and enjoying life.

Locations and dates in Portland OR:

Friendly House Community Center, 1737 NW 26th/ Thurman.  Starts Wednesday, May 28, 2008 from 11 AM to 1:30 PM for six weeks.  The last class will be held on July 2.

Elm Court Loaves & Fishes Center, 1032 SW Main St./11th.  Starts Monday, June 2, 2008 from 3-5:30 PM for six weeks.  The last class will be held on July 7. These classes are free.
