I would imagine so, yes! If you've only newly arrived today, that is.

[There's a long pause, a soft hiss of indrawn breath.]

Well, doesn't matter. Where are we, anyway? You seem to know what's goin' on.

[primrosella]

Well, this is a place called the City! It's a sort of world between the worlds, as it were--that's how I've heard it explained, anyway. People are brought here from all over. And you've been brought here, too, but only for a few days, I think. Most of us have to stay much longer.

[errant_pastor]

...huh.

It's a bit perplexing at first, isn't it? But one does get used to it after a while.

[errant_pastor]

You get used to anything after a while.

[He laughs softly.]

Seems like a nice place. Lot of plants.

...Do you think so? There aren't nearly as many here as there are in the land I call home. Well, except for Xanadu, of course, but those are the gardens, so it's a little different.

Depends what you're used to.

Are those gardens hard to find?

[primrosella]

No, not at all! They're to the west of the City proper--you really can't miss it, it's the only thing green in the midst of all these buildings.
