Oh, the visitors are back again! My goodness, there's really nothing like the commotion you all make when you come to visit, is there? Which isn't to say that's a bad thing, really, just that a bit of noise can hardly be helped when so many people all come together in the same place

[Nah, but she might jump about a mile or so from the surprise--at least until the voice registers.]

Oh! Then I suppose that will work just as well...Megumi?

Good to see there are still people I can visit!

Goodness, you gave me a start. But it's so very nice to see you again! And how have you been? Well, I hope?

[blessedwaves]

But it was the good kind, wasn't it? So I don't feel entirely guilty about it, heh!

[ Though she can't help but smile brightly at her ]

As well as I can ever be, really. Goodness, you look as lovely as I remember you, how have you been, luv?

[primrosella]

Oh, yes, very much so.

[And she returns that smile, though there's a wistful note in it.]

Quite a bit has changed since I last saw you, I think. You weren't the only one to leave, and things have been a bit...well, emptier lately than they were in the past.

[blessedwaves]

My, and here I thought everything had gotten too consistent here when I was still in this place.

Who else left?

[primrosella]

Well, you've gone, yourself, and so has Sam. Blue left at the end of this past August, and Penny this past December. And then two more of my friends went home last month, which I was afraid might be for good, but then they came back after three weeks. [A pause.] It just...seems as though leaving has become something of a trend lately, and it's hard to think on who might be next.

[blessedwaves]

... Blue left too, huh? I'm so sorry to hear that, luv. I guess it's easy to forget that this really isn't our world after staying so long here, is it?

[ She didn't realize how much she missed home until she got there. ]

I suppose it says something when you get this used to a place like this.

[primrosella]

It's not that, really. It's much harder to forget that they're different when home is nothing at all like all of this. But the friends are something different entirely, I think...it's too easy to forget that friendships here are only for here, and that any day any one of us could be gone.

Or worse, how easy it is to forget that some people don't have a home to go back to at all, and when they do leave here, the only thing they're returning to is...death.
