Oh, the visitors are back again! My goodness, there's really nothing like the commotion you all make when you come to visit, is there? Which isn't to say that's a bad thing, really, just that a bit of noise can hardly be helped when so many people all come together in the same place

It is, rather! There are certainly enough people for it.

Loud enough for it too.

It does tend to quiet down a bit after the initial surprise wears off, though, which is fortunate. Have you come to visit today, yourself?

Well, I hope it wears off quickly. And I have, yes.

Well, then, it's very nice to meet you! Would you like something to eat or drink while you're here? You must have had quite a long trip, to be sure.

Well, I've an invitation to tea already, but thanks all the same.

And where are you from, may I ask? I know quite a few people visit from Earth; it seems to be a rather popular place, really.

[sexambassador]

It is, at that. It's not a bad place--could be better, I suppose, but for what it is, it does all right. I'm England English, myself.

[primrosella]

Are you! How very nice to meet you! A great many of my friends are, too, though I think they're not all from the same England, either.

[sexambassador]

Not--not the same?

[primrosella]

No, I don't think so. They certainly sound different, at least.

[sexambassador]

Bit odd, that idea.

[primrosella]

The thought of there being all sorts of different worlds? Yes, it certainly took me a while to come to terms with it, myself. But I try to think of it as there being all sorts of different kingdoms, each one its own land, but with some far more in common than others.

[sexambassador]

What, like countries sharing borders? And some share more borders than others and so on? I suppose it works.

[primrosella]

Yes, a bit, and also rather like...well, the way that one country can influence another, if they keep in touch for a long time? It'd explain why all the different Englands seem to have so much in common, certainly, even though each one is a bit different from the rest.
