I think I'm going to unsub from all my political groups on LJ and keep the political stuff mostly on facebook. Not that I won't post or rant about politics at all, but I really want to get back into fandom, and keeping this space as mostly-fannish/semi-personal will help a LOT. I may keep a few of my news feeds, but I can read them on Google, so ( Read more... )

Check this out? Also, the ds_snippets challenges are ongoing every week. That could be a nice writing warm-up. And hey, I remember you talking about your Fraser/Thatcher WIP (that was probably long ago, but still). Are you still working on that?

My Fraser/Thatcher beginning thing (all of like, three sentences) is trapped in my old hard drive, which my sister thinks she might have but doesn't know for sure. I should start it over, I guess. :)

I'm still RPing, in two pan-fandom games now. :) You should come and join one! (I think that one should be Killjoy RPG because it's fun and smaller and doesn't move too fast and the people are all consistently awesome.

fb is empty calories. LJ fandom is a homecooked meal with friends. SO much better.
