Orphan prompts - Autumn 2008
I've gone through and taken out the prompts that were filled in stories this round and have reposted the rest here. Anyone is welcome to grab a prompt (or two or five) and fill it, even if you didn't participate in the first go around. All that we ask is that you post a link here when you're done. :)

alyse: I love Abby - she's strong, confident and kick-ass, even though she has her flaws. But I'd also enjoy a story where Connor saves the day - and maybe Abby as well - without reducing her to the role of a damsel in distress. He's often the sidekick so let's have him step up in this one :)

wizefics: Abby! Abby rocks my socks and I want to see a fic that focuses on her. No pairings for this one, please, although I don't mind flirtation or banter with either Stephen or Connor.
wizefics: A crossover with Torchwood. The Torchwood crew shows up expecting aliens and finds dinosaurs instead. I'd like an ensemble cast for both shows, but I'm not that picky. Anything (really, anything at all) would be great.
spoons1899: A situation where Connor is stuck being the one fighting the monster and Stephen is stuck being the one with the computer trying to research it, with communication between them. Can be pre-slash.
spoons1899: At home in their flat, Connor drunk and Abby not, post-some fairly traumatic event particularly for Connor (e.g. a bad attack, revelation of Caroline's betrayal, etc.) both seeking a little comfort.
blktauna: Something new pops through the semi permanent anomaly on the Isle of Dogs. Something happens to make Stephen and Nick examine their behaviour towards one another.
rodlox: crossover with Dr Who: either Leela {of the Sevateem} or Dorothy "Ace" McShane is part of the story. optional Leela/Ryan
rodlox: Caroline helps save the day.
galindaxxx: People might think that prehistoric lizards aren't creatures of "higher intelligence" like humans or dolphins, but Rex knows exactly what he wants to see happen between Abby and Connor, and he knows how to make it happen, too!
galindaxxx: Something big and nasty has it out for Helen and Caroline...will anyone come to their aid?
lsellersfic: For once it is not the creatures on the far side of the anomaly that are a danger to man but man that is a danger to them. The obvious implementation of this is that some unscrupulous folk find an anomaly and decide to run big-game hunts through it, but I suspect there are other plots on this theme too.
lsellersfic: An anomaly opens at Central Metropolitan University. Not only do the site and the creature(s) have to be contained but Nick and Stephen have to cope with the curiosity of their colleagues and students. Would probably work best set in season 1, but need not be restricted to that.
temaris: In four and a half billion years life has arisen only once -- but intelligent life has evolved way more often. Some dinosaurs are much brighter than anyone realises. Much, much smarter. And sooner or later, one comes through an anomaly...
temaris: Connor gets his degree, and has to think about the future.
fififolle: Abby hits it off with an SF guy
fififolle: an anomaly opens in the Natural History museum
aithine: Stephen comes back post-series two to find out that: a) he isn't married to Nick, and b) the team thinks Stephen died.
aithine: Shift the time frame back a bit, say a hundred and fifty years or so, but with the same team members.
