Future of Helen
I did not expect Nick Cutter to leave in only the third ep; I thought he'd leave in the sixth or seventh. That being said, I must ask: when does Jenny leave? When does Quinn become in charge of the group?
I thought the cute little burrowing creatures were absolutely adorable. It was great that the hospital got an anamoly with cuddly, harmless animals. Cutter said they came from the Permian era, right? The Permian era seems to have the monopoly on cute creatures and benign anamolies. First Rex, and now these social, playful things.
I really liked seeing Becker and Connor working together in that episode. I understand what another person said about enjoying their character dynamic. Becker seemed to defer to Connor in scientific areas. I feel like he's been promoted.
I am curious... what is Helen Cutter going to do now that her two favorite men are gone? What direction will her life take? Last season, I got the impression that Helen truly loved both Nick and Stephen but in her own selfish, egotistical manner. I think she would have been really happy anamoly-hopping with either of them.
Helen's clothing bothers me. She appears more grounded in the human timelines and less like the adventurous anamoly-hopper of the previous two seasons.
