I lie beyond the sea
Oh boy, its a been a while. Life does that to you. Lets start with a little update on what I have been doing these past weeks. I work a lot. Work isn't that bad know that I have finally burned into my brain that without work I don't have any of the things I really like such as my apartment, my car, my computer, and food. So I do the work thing and make sure I am actually doing some real work and not slacking off for a whole day like i might of done in the past.
School is going well. I really think I am in the right program for me. I don't dread going to class because I know I will actually learn something that I can apply to a website I am doing or something for the company so it feels like it has actual value. I do however dread driving downtown. it gets old really fast and the people on 465 are insane. I swear they change lanes because they are bored.
Other than that I have been hanging out, Clayton was back in town this past weekend for his fall break so it was cool having a roommate for a while. I hung out with Jamie and Jordan on Friday which was cool. We watched some crazy chinese movie with is always a good time. Then Saturday me and Jordan drove around and had lunch and then that night we watched Rounders with Clayton at the parents' house. Then Sunday I hung out with Ashley which was good for the most part but had its ups and downs. Besides that I have been buying parts for the Jetta, trying to get the performance to a good place so I can work on making it look nice too. Thats about it.
The company I work for might be moving into a new building soon which is pretty exciting because I will actually have my own desk and not some makeshift setup at which I work now. I am also settling into what I have wanted to do here which is manage the technical aspects of the business and also begin to manage some of the data too. This has made my life ten times less stressful. I finally am not having to answer to the other people in the office and can act on my own and report to my boss which happens to be my dad.
I have also kind of gotten used to not seeing anyone during the week. It bugged me early on in the semester but I have just grown accustumed to it. This is not to say I don't miss people espically Anna and the Muncie kids but I actually see them on the weekend which is good or I would lose my mind.
I would like to put something insightful in here but i don't think it would be appropriate. so this one is going to be boring and lacking insight. sorry. talk to you when i talk to you
