This is where I came in...
Its been aproximately a year since I started LJ, give or take a month. I'ts been a slow year for me, as the only thing worth reporting was my surgery (of which I may need to go back) - nobody in the immediate family was critically injured (including animals), I had no vacation due to buying a house the year before, etc.
I do find myself spending a lot of time reading LJ, becaue I like to see what y'all post - probably 2 or 3 hours a day (You're a verbal lot!) Unfortunately, I have begun to miss things (it must be the onset of creeping senility) which I don't like. Plus, I know a lot of you don't care about memes, etc, and are too courteous to unfriend me. So here's the scoop:
If someone has commented one (1) time or LESS to my entries, I plan on deleting those individuals, unless I hear back from them in the poll below within the next week. If you aren't sure and you do want to stick around, do the poll! All you need to do is type your username, and you're still in! If you think you've commented more but still want out, just type a "u" (for unfriend) in front of your user name.
And for those of you who stick around - I plan on going a bit more public. Only two of you know who *I* am, and one of those doesn't read (I think!). I plan on coming "out" on the Friends List, although I'd generally like to keep it a secret in the real life (and in tex-librarians, which I moderate).
So on to the poll:
