Sorry it took so long to get this one completed. Didn't use any references at all for this one except previous pages. Despite taking a while, I like the end results, though might go back and edit a few things later.
What's going on here is that Starscream's trying to make a point, moreorless and out of the situation Blasphemy has put himself in. Or one Starscream's making it out to be. As you know, Starscream makes a 'liveing' out of lies and decete. He is a Decepticon afterall ;) Unfortunately, Blast's not in the right of mine nor in a great of condition, what Screamer's doing. etc. etc. You get the gist of it.
