You know

working an 11 hour day wouldn't be nearly so frustrating if *any* of it had been spent doing my own work. Or if a big chunk of it hadn't been spent working on a project for the same person who decided to give me attitude about the fact I wouldn't drop everything and diagnose what she had screwed up in Outlook. Newsflash people--my new job description does NOT include doing crap you're entirely capable of doing. The copier is jammed? Clear it. Your printer is out of toner? Change the f*ing cartridge. And no, I'm not wiping your nose for you either. And yes, I do have raging PMS, thank you for asking. Doesn't change the fact that people are so dependent it makes my teeth ache.

And now, I practice the lessons learned at the Scotch tasting last week...no matter how crappy your week...booze makes it better. Booze and garlic Triscuits? Turns that frown upside down.

Also, my laptop is the best thing ever. It has a remote people. Mmm-hmm. And iTunes. I am easily amused.
