Many of you know that a meditative heart-beat awareness is a common theme in my posts. More than just 'mysticism' and non-sense, it really does work. Here is an organization which uses intentional heart-based focus and awareness providing amazing results.

The key thing is that their research has been verified by multiple independent groups and clinical organizations.

"Patients with congestive heart failure demonstrated significantly increased functional capacity as well as reduced stress and depression after learning HeartMath techniques."

"After three weeks of HeartMath training, senior high school who had previously failed standardized exams required for graduation showed an average 35% improvement in math test scores and a 14% gain in reading cores. As com pared to district averages, these improvements represented one to two years’ growth in proficiency in both subjects. Some students improved their scores by as much as 75%. The students also showed significant reductions by as much as 66% in hostility, depression, and feelings of inadequacy and self-doubt."
