This is an exchange I've had with a woman who contacted me about a recently purchased eBay item. It was purchased two days ago, and the item description clearly stated I would mail it within 5 business days. and also had a cheaper shipping option for those who wanted a Priority Mail envelope instead of a box (less padding possible, but cheaper).

You should post this someplace public that isn't your LJ, and then when the seller leaves you negative feed back and you're allowed to leave a comment in response, you can just link to the conversation so they can see what an unreasonable old fart she is.

Granted, I think you were a little too honest with her up front, but at the same time, I wouldn't expect a reasonable human being to react the way she did. If a seller told me that they acknowledged my order but had a busy schedule, I'd understand. Hell, I think the only time I have to myself these days is when I'm asleep in bed.

She's ridiculously selfish and immature. Everything she sent to you could be translated as, "MemememememememememememememeME."

don't forget, you can leave feedback on her as a bidder too. also you should be able to forward all the correspondence to ebay and have her bad feedback erased through ebay mediation.
