Today was extravagant.

I woke up early and went to work at 8. I love working in the morning and not closing. It makes making coffee a lot more enjoyable. Work was overall not bad. Busy, but not bad. I drove home exhausted and by the grace of God remembered that I forgot to get the mail yesterday. So I got it, and I did indeed get accepted to SPU! Holler freaking back. You all know what I'm talking about. That huge sigh of relief..knowing where I'll be next year. I have been on the edge of my seat for so long, it's wonderful to have a bit of clarity.

So wonderful.

After getting the mail and settling down a bit, I sat out on my deck in the weak but very warm sunshine and ate my Cup'O'Noodles. I felt the breeze and the warmth and realized how incredible it felt to be completely and totally surrounded by natural beauty.

I ended up dozing off on a chair cushion, still on the deck. I woke up after about a half hour and relocated to my bed, where I stayed and slept until 7 tonight. It was a messy, groggy sleep. One of those sleeps where you sleep really hard but every so often wake up in a daze, then fall back into the deep sleep thing. Oy. Missed a meteor apparently..so sad. It would be laregly incredible to see a green ball of fire with a long tail..oh well. Took a non-chilly walk with John on Grandview, too. We found a new constellation! Well, he did. It's the Pot, but he named it that because it starts with a P and that's just one of Pakistan's many weird customs/way of life. Go figure.

& my parents came home from Florida tonight. I never knew I would miss them as much as I did. No matter what, they are just amazing. Hands down. Gahhhhhh, I love them.

Hi, my name is Sarah. I haven't had an allergy problem since Thursday. I'm in love with a boy who is going to change the world in some ridiculously amazing way. My life is not planned or set in stone, but I've come this far putting every ounce of trust into God. Because I can't do any of this by myself. (Nature Valley granola bars are a blessing) Lord, thank you for music. I intend on doing everything you want me to do, but right now, I am going to lay my head down and rest. (So is orange juice) Thank you for that.

Thanks also for the sky. I'll never stop watching.
