For the past few months, I've been using Leslie Sansone's
Walk Away the Pounds videos as part of my exercise program. As exercise videos go, they're excellent, but I'm getting a little tired of hearing about the Walk-Away Weighted Balls(1) several times a week, and I'd like to add a few new videos to the rotation. I'm looking for a safe, low-impact aerobic routine that doesn't take a lot of coordination or athletic ability. Does anyone have any suggestions?
(1) Round two-pound weights that you hold in your hands for part of the routine. "They make this program so potent," says Leslie.
