What the fuck is with werewolf fans disapproving martial arts for werewolves?

Someone i know from a werewolf forum said something like "Martial arts designed by humans would never fit for werewolves because that would defeat the whole purpose of being one". I went all Nothingkat-ish and thought to myself "what?? werewolves aren't a fucking tribe of primitive meat-eaters". But i guess i'd be in trouble if i really said that.

Probably something like martial arts require patience and discipline vs. having "natural" were fighting ability.

If it was a REAL wolf who learnt martial arts, it would be pretty unorthodox (but still awesome. Like that chimp in Ripley's who knows karate). But werewolves have a chance of learning martial arts IRL, with a few adjustments.
