1. I am now completely caught up on Torchwood, and the main thing I have to say is that if James Marsters keeps playing hopeless romantics, I may implode. Also, Tosh and Owen. :(
2. I am STILL ahead on my word count for NaNo. And I've just been writing desultorily, a sentence here and there during the workday. Much of it is dialogue, though, which tends to get large without me intending it. Today I sketched out the big apocalyptic clash at the end, which turned out to be not so apocalyptic, lol. I think it has promise, though. And a new vignette popped into my head for the after. I love stories that never end.
3. If my history and economics teachers had told me that John Keynes was bisexual and polyamorous (which I just found out via one of those long random Google chains), I would have been far more interested in his theories. Even the fact that he hung out with Virginia Woolf would have caught my attention. So basically, sanitizing education is a bad idea. Knowing about all the sex, violence, craziness, and relationship drama is the most interesting part, in my opinion, so DON'T FREAKING LEAVE IT OUT.
Things may change soon and I'm fairly sick at heart about it.
