I have a BS from college. I've studied chemistry, history and differential equations. I've done accounting and tax preparation since I was 12. And yet, I can not for the life of me, fill out my employment forms. One of them is swearing to uphold the constitution. Uphold it in terms of what? About the only one that made sense was the direct deposit form. There must have been 15 other pages to fill out.
