I'm glad that there wasn't anything crazy because of what yesterday was. Then again, I think only one person really knows. I don't feel any different. It's just another day like any other.

Perhaps I'll go out. I think I'm allowed.

My family wasn't wealthy. And we had my little sister too. I'd rather they just save their money for her. So I started just telling them I didn't want anything and then that became me not wanting parties. And now it's just the way I prefer it.

Mm... I didn't really want parties, but for a whole other reason. But you should at least want to have a little fun on your birthday, even if you don't call it a celebration.

It's okay if you don't. It's often overshadowed by New Years' celebrations, so I'm used to it.

I used to as a kid. Or at least, I tried to. The fact that I was ignored at most of them went a long way to convincing me that I was the only one who cared about my birthday.
