Seems mum took seriously ill last night- woke up pukin' blood. Got a call from the hospital back home that she was real bad off. She'll be fine now, they say, with extended bed rest and a coupla more days at the sick bay, but I'm not taking my chances.
Apologies, mates, but I'll be flyin' out tonight back to Auckland. Might be there a bit. Few days. Dewi! I'll be certain to make it back for those auditions, you hear? You can count on John to be right on the dot! Arthur- well, how about tea sometime, eh?
