Probably. The city went insane, the scientists are up to no good. It's almost routine by now. I'm surprised that people aren't dying as much... It's a good thing.

I'm quite certain it was the scientists who spread the insanity. I'm... not fully certain what all happened those few days.

I'm also guessing you left before the crew returned from their boat trip. There's a binder with information on people, even including pictures from their homes. It's all rather eerie.

Moa has it at the inventory. I implore that you check it out once you've gotten readjusted to this place.
