Idol Gives Back
For the past four years, I've been participating in the writing competition, therealljidol. One of the participants recently lost a dear loved one, and that inspired an Idol Gives Back post, encouraging donations to any causes that are close to our hearts.
Behind Painted Lines - My friend, Cara Goodwin, is putting on dance concert to honor her boyfriend, fallen Navy SEAL, Joshua T. Harris. The concert is inspired by Josh's art. Proceeds from ticket sales will benefit the Wounded Warrior Project. Know that anything you donate will help tremedously. If you live in the NYC area, get ready for this greatness on June 1, 2012.
