Well, i am a married woman now. no caps in this post cause i'm on the laptop, which i'm not used to. so yeah. everything was hectic, then we left for the honeymoon, and we fly back in tomorrow. right now i'm in the hilton vancouver airport. we just got back from "the foggy dew," an irish pub. our burger excursion turned into craziness cause of their thursday night "name that song" contest. we got 2nd place. we also went whale watching today, where we saw a superpod of orcas. a super pod is more than one pod (family) in the same area. each pod has about 20 whales. we saw 3 different pods. 2 orcas were mating. that was interesting. and there was a baby orca playing around. it was way cool.
so yeah. the honeymoon has gone very well, even if we didn't get to do everything we wanted to. we went to an awesome lounge and drank absinthe last night. absinthe, just right there on the bar menu. it's also available in local liquor stores. it's also illegal to import, so we can't take any with us across the border. the laws are gay. you can possess it, but you can't import it or sell it or purchase it on US soil. so, the ONLY way to get it is buy it online from another country, and have them ship it to you. or, pour in in a listerine bottle to sneak it accross the border.
i'm gonna go now. we have to leave at 5:30 in the morning.
