This has been a wonderful chapter, with two fighters in a ring, each one in his corner, one restrained by the handcuffs and the other because he has no orders. Thank you so much for this amazing chapter. Martha

Thanks! :D That's a wonderful image of the fighters in their corners, each emotionally tied to the situation without really being able to do anything. It definitely has the potential of making the next few days somewhat exciting!
This was excellent. Naveen is Emotionally Compromised. He just can't figure it out right yet. Jackman is perfect! The acceptance of his fate and agreement to his deserved punishment and since efforts to minimize the damage he has caused, but his fear showing through at the same time. A man caught between doing what is right and doing what is necessary. He has been so well drawn inthis whole story. I really need to know what the hell is going on upstairs too though!!!
Aww, thanks very much! And I think I'll join you in needing to know what's happening upstairs - and there's so many aspects of upstairs to get anxious over... *fidgets*
Hugh's definitely got himself in an emotional pickle - he knows what he should be doing and does honestly try to do it, and often ends up in more trouble than when he started. Mind you, I guess this will be his first time to come face to face with the consequences of his actions. We'll have to see how nice Marton is feeling, I guess ;)
Not that Naveen's likely to like any 'nice' if it does happen, of course... can't really blame him for that. Thank heavens that he's a guy who has an incredible grasp on his reactions, otherwise I could see it getting very messy indeed!
