(no subject)
from a few days ago but my internet died so I didn't post it:
For someone who doesn't have a TV I certainly spend a lot of time watching it. This afternoon I finally saw Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind which was fantastic. Afterwards I watched 3.21 of the OC which was really sad but also really good. 3.22 is almost done.
Speaking of downloading shows I've finally decided that I need to make Azureus my bitch and I've been pretty much successful except that after it runs for a little while it always kills my internet connection. I assume this is a problem with the port I chose (originally I had the default, 46646 or something and I've changed it a few times since). Does anyone know if there's a way to find one that won't make the interweb angry?

Some great hockey games the last few nights. Yesterday I watched the game in res which was a lot of fun (and cheaper than the bar). Here's hoping we win on Saturday.
I love how they play random songs during the games that I haven't heard in a long time and then I go home and download them ... currently I'm listening to The Impression That I Get by the Mighty Mighty Bosstones, does anyone else remember that song? The video with the guy skanking (not just dancing like we called it then) the whole time in the corner.

Working every day between now and next Wednesday is kind of balls but hurray for money! I need to start saving and stop spending if I intend to get a camera/have money to spend in Europe.
Fergus this week was fun ... keep on rocking in the free world.
Randomly I've watched two Charlie Kaufman movies this week; Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind and Confessions of a Dangerous Mind (I only just noticed how similar those titles are). They were both fantastic, the second was actually directed by George Clooney. Yesterday I watched L4yer Cake which was awesome, but with Guy Ritchie at the helm of it I expected nothing less. Today is new movie day and I have no idea what's coming out. I'm hoping there is something good.
