Hi, Pomegranate email subscribers! Herein lies lots of events we're planning before the end of the year, most are finalized, although we will be adding a few more as their dates come closer. We'll be taking a break during December and January, and we'll see you again in February with tons of new events planned! We're very excited about this break as it will mean a lot of time to dedicate to excellent workshop, projects, fundraisers, and other events next year. Hey folks in Chicago-- earlier this year the City of Chicago [finally] set up a battery-recycling program! While this doesn't make up for the fact that the blue bag program sucks dildos, it's nice to have a convenient option for keeping all those batteries-- which we know you're flying through-- from harming the environment.
You can drop off your used household batteries at any Chicago Public Library or Walgreens Drug Store! (
