According to a Zeo calender put out by Saban Katherine Hillard's birthday is November 12. Now what makes this interesting is that the ranger's celebrated her birthday in "Rangers in Reverse" which culminated in them turning into children. So if they turned into children in November how were they adults in "I'm Dreaming of a White Ranger"? Take this into consideration Aisha NEVER returned after they were turned back into adults and the rangers instantly acquired their Zeo powers and a new ranger in Tanya. So the bigger question isn't why is Kimberly there its why is Aisha and where is Tanya? The command center is also the old set.
Now people could say it was the Christmas before Season 3 but that is false as well since Rito is there and Kimberly's mother didn't marry her new husband and move until Season 3.
