GameStop, your online ordering process sucks if things are not exactly perfect.
Thankfully, you have really nice customer service when you actually call in to resolve the online ordering issue THAT YOU DIDN'T TELL ME was still ongoing. I am ok with the fact that I screwed up, I am not ok with the fact that you have indicated that the order was ok/open for over a week with no idication there was still a problem.
Now, hopefully, I might get the present I ordered last week either by Friday (if the free upgrade to expedited shipping the customer service agent put on the order goes through) or by the end of the month (if the computer automatically rejects the manual upgrade).
GameStop, please make me like you again.
