2010..

2010 is off to such a great start already. I hope it only gets better. The year started off right since I spent New Year's Eve with my precious family in Zacatecas. I went to Phoenix, AZ to march against Sheriff Joe Arpaio and 287(g), which was wonderful because Mundo was able to come with me and it was out first time traveling together. During that trip, we were able to spend 5 days together where we were pretty much never apart from each other. We were also able to meet lots of great people! I also felt like I've been less of a social hermit since I've gone out pretty much every weekend this month. I've been able to spend time with friends who I don't see as often as I'd like. For instance, I got to see my little Katia and the Sanchez brothers and finally go to a bar with all of them now that Katia is 21!! This past weekend was also so fun because I went on a little getaway to Indio with some of my best friends from UCLA. SO many first this weekend: I went hiking for this time and now I can't wait to do it again, I also went to a casino and gambled for the first time! We ended the night with dancing and had a blast!

Next week, I'm off to Fresno and hopefully we will be playing in the snow! I've also been a lot more committed to working out and actually sticking to a regular routine that I really enjoy. I'm really happy with 2010 so far...plz keep continue being good to me :]
