Here are some terms and conditions to abide to for fuss free deals.
1) Reply ALL text/emails please. It's extremely annoying when people don't reply. Sellers should know this very well to.
2) I will hold the item for you for about 1 month max. I understand if you have exam all that, but one month is the max I can give. Please let me know before hand if you'd like me to hold it for you.
3) Backout/Don't reply emails = BLACKLIST
4) I'm fine with postage/meetups.
$1.5 top up for postage.
Meetup; Buona Vista - Queenstown (quite flexible here)
Novena/Town - depending on schedule.
5) I accept trades/concealed cash (at own risk)
6) Not doing bank transfers at the moment sorry, no access to bank account
7) I have the right to choose who to sell/trade to, most likely highest offer.
8) Please be polite at all times, I DO NOT OWE YOU A LIVING.
9) If you're nice to me, I'll be nice to you too! :)
10) When I divulge my personal contact number/address to you, please:
DO NOT post it around/use it for whatever weird thing it is.
Also, please don't spam my phone inbox! :(
Spam the email one instead! :)
Don't add me to any mailing list either unless I ask/agree to it
11) I do not do refunds/exchanges. I try my best to give as much info/description/measurement if possible. I always check that my items do not have any stain/defect whatsoever. All items in my lj have no defects unless stated. If sizing does not fit to your liking, I'm sorry but this isn't my fault because I give all measurements/rough gauge before hand so please think twice before purchasing!
12) However, if it was really my fault, I'd be happy to give you a refund/exchange provided you give me back the defected item with MEETUP ONLY.
13) When I say non-nego/no trade I mean it.
