The other night, Aaron dreamed that a leprechaun ate the last carrot.

That could possibly be the single greatest line in a smut fic ever written, just putting that out there. I can't say for sure - I haven't read every smut fic ever written after all - but damn, that made me laugh for a good ten seconds...completely disrupting my reading as I tried to picture Aaron telling them all about his dream, I settled on the likes of:

"...and then his gnarled face rose out of the ground to stare directly at me," Aaron intoned, raising his arms into the air as if to ward off a fearsome creature. "His eyes large and dead inside, his fingers like claws-"

"What the hell kind of leprechaun is this?"

With a sidelong look at Miles, Charlie leant forward as well, "And what's a leprechaun?"

"The opposite of everything he's just said," Miles replied, making a face

Well, you know I gotta shake things up. It can't be NORMAL smut. If there's not mention of mythical creatures stealing food items, it's not a Pretty Siren fic -- and you can take that one to the bank

Can this be added to the dreams prompt list? Can it? Please? OMG. I love this. I'm seriously gonna work on some of these while I drive my grandmother to the dentist. (Well, not WHILE I'm driving, but while I sit in the waiting room.)

They're good words right? I'm so tempted to do some myself but it's the middle of the week and I have to finish my secret santa gift...time's very fickle, I am finding. Especially at this time of year. There's too much, there's too little - there's never enough.

I wrote, like, three fics in the waiting room. I kid you not. I still need to transfer them from iPad to PC and then go over them and make sure they're not stupid. (But I gotta admit, I was smiling while writing two of them!! lol)

Since I already posted "Dreams" on the main comm area, should I just try to edit my tags for "(misc): prompt table fill" or just leave it be and comment on the table post? I'm gonna go ahead on comment on the table post; I'll wait to hear back about editing the tag or posting on the main part of the comm.

YES, they are good words, and it would be a CRIME if you didn't fill them. (Or at least attempt to.) I mean, I laugh reading your comments where you fill in the little moments I left out. WRITE SOME FIC. Like, that was an order, and I felt pretty confident in giving it.

Well, I have my orders.

I do have my eye on two or three of them, although they're more dark thoughts than crack thoughts. I WANNA WRITE SOME BASS & CHARLIE REALLY BAD. But I'd love to write a lighthearted ensemble crack ficlet as well... I think on the weekend I'll try and throttle my SS gift into submission and finished-ness. So I can be guilt free about picking up a prompt or three from the table, walking off with them (I'll be on hols from Friday afternoon onwards - THANK GOD - so freeeeeeee tiiiiimmmmeee).

YES, snag the prompts while you can. I hope my comment in the table thread didn't sound menacing. It wasn't meant as such. I do want to complete the table if I can, but I'm not like...dead set on getting to any specific prompts first. So, fulfill and be merry!!

Dark thoughts...I'm having trouble imagining those from you, but I know you got 'em. BUT THE CRACK ENSEMBLE HAS TO HAPPEN. I mean, it just does. I'm, like, expecting this now.

I can see some Bass/Charlie being some dark shit. Just saying.
