Anybody need an apartment?
My building at 112th and Greenwood Ave N is offering tenants $100 off rent for referrals. The building is in good repair, clean and is non-smoking. There is a laundry room on site and an elevator. Cats are allowed but not dogs. There are only thirty or forty units. I pay $825 for a two-bedroom. There are studios as well as one and two bedrooms available.
