Things that bring me glee right now:
1. Glee! That pilot was adorable and I'm looking forward to seeing where the show goes. More television needs to have a singing cast.
2. Adam and Kris, always. But especially in that clip. "I like the top." "..." "I'm sorry, that was inappropriate." "No, it was good." Also: "I'M EXCITED ABOUT MY OUTFIT." "I'M EXCITED ABOUT ADAM'S OUTFIT." <3
Also, Adam's Idolatry interview. (WHERE IS KRIS'S?) And Kris strumming along to Adam singing "Mad World". (♥!) And that Kris interview where he says he could "go on forever" about him and Adam. PLEASE DO, KRIS. PLEASE DO.
3. The Merlin season 2 press release!
Sarah Parish (Mistresses, Cutting It) will play a disgusting troll masquerading as the beautiful Lady Catrina; Adrian Lester (Hustle, Bonekickers) is the devious Myror; Charles Dance (Bleak House, Gosford Park) will guest-star as Aredian, the sinister Witchfinder; and Santiago Cabrera (Heroes) returns as the dashing Lancelot.
I am predicting further development on the Gwen/Lancelot front (I mean, how could they NOT) and seriously, I'm going to die happy. OH I LOVE THEM. AND THEY'LL BE TOGETHER ON MY SCREEN AGAIN! AND SO GLORIOUSLY DOOMED. AND MAYBE SOMEONE WILL FIC THEM NOW? IDK. I AM JUST SO EXCITED.
4. My job. I'm officially doing chef shifts now, and guys. Some advice. JUST DO WHAT YOU LOVE DOING. I'm so happy at work these days, and even though the pay's not great, I'm actually enjoying the fact that in 2 hours I've got to go in and work until midnight. :D
5. Obama date night! Goddamn, Michelle is fierce.
