Everything was so quiet about that humble little town now. People were staying as far away from the rooster's ranch as possible...he'd made quite the impression in the short time he had changed.
As he sat on his porch, he noticed even his faithful steed was doing its best to stay away from him, nearly hiding behind the home. Panchito snorted, and

As Ramza approached, the sky began to darken with thunderclouds, the air itself began to crackle with anticipation. The world itself was both excited and filled with trepidation at his coming. Everything seemed to hold it's breath.....
The end was nigh.

"You took your sweet time." The rooster said rather coldly...
Then he suddenly raised his arms, and fired a shot from each gun right at his foe. There was going to be no mercy here.

"You're going to pay for that!" Panchito screamed, skidding to a halt.He turned around, and released an almost endless barrage of bullets.

The storm clouds above began to let loose a torrent of rain, as if mourning this fight between two good souls gone astray. Turning to face him, he walked into the hail of bullets coming at him. While a good number of them were deflected by his armor and shield, an equally good number scored hits on non-vital areas. Bleeding from a bullet scratch aboove his eye, he walked into the red world of Panchito's death. Pain did not stop him, death felt no pain inflicted onto this body. He walked and while walking, lifted his claymore again for another strike.

Fate, however, didn't agree with him. He fired, but the only results were empty clicks...he had used up all his bullets. He dropped his useless weapons, and made a quick decision. As Ramza's claymore rose, Panchito suddenly reached out, his gloved hands capturing the boy's throat in a desperate attempt to throttle him.

Even as he was, the body needed air to continue. The bird found a weakness in his mental armor, the need to live, if just a bit longer. Ramza did the only thing that came to mind; he jumped into the air, dropping his weapon and shield in the process. Once high enough in the air, he punched the bird in the gut, and shoved him, hoping to dislodge him from his throat.

He laid on his side, trying to catch his breath...feeling Ramza's shadow, like a sign of death, upon him, panic seized in, and he lashed out his foot, trying to give him a good kick.

He held open his hand and caught the bird's kick. With a small, mirthless laugh, he threw the bird away from him, towards his discarded shield and claymore. Opening his hands, he chanted words most arcane, charging the power for the destruction of the bird.

Panchito slowly sat on his hands and knees, and looked over, staring at Ramza as he said the inane words."...P-Praying for me?..." He sneered, detirmined to be bitter until the very end.

Raising his hand, he spoke echoing words that were inflected with power, "The time has come! Cast off your shackles to this reality and embrace finality. All-Ultima." As the last words were spoken, his charged energy was discharged into the sky,. The clouds were instantly parted, revealing a large purple thing descending towards the earth. The sound of the air screaming its protest at this energy blast would be the curtain call for Panchito.

The forces that be decided this was not enough torment for the rooster. Mere seconds before the two hit, the virus's hold on him began to weaken, and remorse, guilt, and endless anguish filled his eyes with tears.
Donald! Jose! Martinez, Clara, Mickey, Minnie, Madre, Padre...
He closed his eyes.
Adiós, mis amigos.
The blast hit it's target.

As he was beginning to depart, a great spasm raked his body as well as his mind. It was as if a persona inside of him was bashing into the walls of his mind, causing him pain. A small voice seemed to raise protest over the killing of Panchito. With great effort, Ramza stood and snuffed the voice out, leaving the world soon after.
