Hang on let me get this straight -
Last winter bill, 2005, my bill was £140.
This winters bill, 2006, for roughly the same amount of units, suddenly jumps to £232.
I get a post through the door saying bills had to go up by ""*33%*"" but that I was welcome to join their price freeze plan until 2009.
Phone to ask about plan, said it will freeze at the last 33% rise for me *IF* I pay another 6% on whatever I pay billwise from now on? And they KNOW there's another rise coming soon!
A legal protection racket? I'm so angry!
