ok the race is on. Bryan now only weighs like 5 pounds more than I. i am getting to be needing seriousness about this weight loss thing. so as of right now i wiegh 179.5 lbs and need a size 12 pant. waist 34 inches butt is 44 inches and the bust is 34 inches and thigh measures at 25 inches my god. ok the goal to be met are 28 inch waist

Salad water rice no junk foods and I know that's hard w/kids .. hells I am 41 and 131.1 lbs

rice and water can do but SALAD gasp i don't do plain salad i ruin it whith the junky dressing.
