LOFTY THOUGHTS

I like the rain in winter, and the way it smells like it could snow at any time.
There is a guy that i always see whenever I walk to the computer lab in the basement of the sccc lib. HE is tall, thin, glasse-d, and dons a large, white cowboy hat. The puzzlement, or rather what makes him interesting in the least, is the fact that he is always staring at the bulliten board, and I wonder what he is looking for. Sort of like how on busy roads one tends to wonder where everyone else is going. And so he stands there, consistantly...
little routines are what keep people sane. (I'm convinced)

SCHOOL:

I am so lucky. I was sappossed to attend at least 2 major cultural events for my history class, and I never got around to it, and it hit me, I went to the Dicken's Festival with noid last year.. that's cultural ( even though it's just a bunch of dumb costumed people with bad accents), so I used that as one, and LO AND BEHOLD my family went to go see the "nutcracker Ballet" at stonybrook which was even listed as an example of a cultural event, so i gleefully yoinked the ticket stubs and programs, i mean c'mon who HASN'T seen the nutcracker in any form...I mean there is this much
---->||<----- difference between the BARBIE versian and the real thing. so in my mind...excluding all philisophical methods for obtaining truth...I'm only cheating a bitty wittle bit. And my philosophy paper HAD to be accepted latee b\c of the snow...nonnie nonnie poo-poo!
only 2 reactoin papers, and an extra credit to goooo then ....C-ya! even though I have a mon-fri 9am-11am intersession class over the break.. blahhh!

RANDOM FACTOID:

Did you know the word "Pocky" which is a favourite Japanese chocolate-breadsticky snack, also means to be riddles with venereal disease?!?! Waow.

I decided this day, and perhaps on future days to come to split my entries up into sections that way skimmers can just read the title and decide wether or not they wish to read on about the matter...that is if really anyone is reading this at all.

TADA!
