Hi! I'm Sue, 28, from Raleigh NC. On this day my husband and I took a trip back to Poughkeepsie NY for a week of mixed emotions. This particular day was a happy day. Today we go to the yearly Robert Burns dinner It is also a day that my husband dresses up in a kilt. Enjoy!

Text my sister. I left a bag with a new sweater I had wanted to wear, we are meeting them in a bit to get my cutie neice's pictures taken so I ask her to bring them.

Not pictured: We meet my mom, sister's and 2 month old niece at Picture People so she can get her photos taken since that was what my hubby and I gave my sis for Christmas
We go to JC Penny looking for a sweater to go with my dress for the dinner I end up getting distracted by dresses. I end up buying another dress...for 10.00!!!! It was originally 80!
Heading back to the inlaws.
My mom, sisters and neice come over to the inlaws for some lunch.

After my mom and sisters leave I head into the bedroom with my hubby and power up the lap top until it is time to get ready...sorry no pics of that but...

Magically we are at the dinner. History Lesson: Burns dinners are held all over the world to celebrate Robert Burns who is known as the poet of Scotland. He wrote Auld Lang Signe.
