I can not gurantee that it will arrive to you by the 19th. I will ship it out as soon as payment arrives to ensure you get it quickly, but I can't say how long it will take. My past experience with overseas shipping has been varied. Sometimes it arrives within a week of me shipping it, and sometimes it takes longer.

You sent your payment as an e-check. By doing this I can not mail the dress until the check clears, and according to PP it won't clear until Nov 13. Since you need your dress by the 19th I thought I should warn you.
