(no subject)
I've received facebook messages & IMs wondering where I am on here & what's wrong. Ease your minds, nothing is wrong. Just busy. I had tests in every class over the last 2 weeks, and 2 papers due this week. Thankfully, that is all taken care of now and I can relax until finals, which will be here all too soon.
The weekend was full. Why do I schedule every moment of my time? Michelle & I saw a really cool play on Friday that was directed by our drama teacher. Loose Ends, I recommend it. Friday night was nice, just relaxed with Stephen. Jessica & I went to Southpoint to shop on Saturday. All in all, it was good times, minus the bus delay incident. But even that was fun because it was an adventure! We went to a store on Franklin & had Yogurt Pump for (what I thought was going to be my) dinner. Between Southpoint & Franklin Street, I finished my Christmas shopping! That's a relief, one less thing I have to worry about. I feel so much better about everything in life when it's done early; I just tend to procrastinate & that rarely happens. Went out for a late (additional) dinner at On the Border. Sunday was full of church & work.
It poured today...so fun when you must walk 15 minutes to class up & down hills & stairs covered in leaves, adding to the slipperiness of it all. I was in a bad mood this morning because I did NOT want to go to class. My mood improved when I did laundry and all of the machines were open. I trudged back out in the rain to run some errands on north campus. I successfully endorsed a scholarship check at the cashier's office, turned in my history paper & got my test back (an A!!!) from my TA, returned the books I'd checked out for said paper at Davis, returned a sweatshirt at Student Stores, & got a Carolina girls t-shirt for Stephanie. The paper grade & getting tickets to tomorrow night's basketball game (thanks Jackie!) greatly improved my mood. Michelle & I worked out at Ramshead & met Stephen, Ryan, & Jessica for dinner. Now I'm wasting time on my laptop until Chelle & I watch Desperate Housewives on tape...then it's boy time. :)
