The Management sent the e-mail round today

We will be monitoring Internet usage in order to confirm compliance with the stated policy in our handbook and although this is not to stop occasional web site browsing of non-work related sites it may be used to restrict web access where the Manager or Management Team consider an unacceptable amount of time is spent on these sites.
bloody arses to them, may mean 90% of my Surfing ability at work get nerfed, gggrrrhhhh.
On a much more happier note, 1 out of the two skirts that I couldnt get into fit me again now, yeay for cutting down on the junk food, am down to 88kg's(that 13.8 stone) now, the fat if falling of my thighs and belly, soon i might even have the 2ng on fit and not look like a fat flood round the top of the skirt.
All this has made me a little happier in life but am still cut-up at the break up with Gigi, although an old Ex from ways away and A great mate from a far has been a great comfort and help to me, I thank you two from the bottom of my heart, *kiss* *kiss* *lick* *lick* etc etc.
