broadway night
i'll be singing "till there was you" at broadway night next monday the 26th. it occured to me today (with all the buzz about ANNIE going 'round) that i could have easily got a trio together and did "Easy Street" but of course, it's too late night.
unfortunately, this is my last opportunity. rats.
i went to rehearsal for h.m.s. pinafore tonight. i haven't been in a while, just because i haven't been called to rehearsal. BUT, i must say, i did rather well.
i'm a bit nervous because apparently, they're gonna put "padding" in me and give me tall shoes to achieve the character's characterization. she's described as a "plump and pleasing person." so i'm not sure how well i'll be able to twirl and concentrate on the dancing.
i got to see keith this weekend. i loooooooooooove him. we had such a good time, i felt like i was there for a week, and i was only there for a few days. we got to go golfing, and to the movies, and to miami, and to Einstein's bagels. and the weather was REALLY nice one day, then it rained, but we watched this old black and white movie at home that day, it was so perfect. i miss him already.
i just made muddy buddies...chex mix stuff. i'm gonna go partake.
