Instructions:
After shower, wrap it to the targeted area and use cling wrap to hold wraps in place.
Leave it for around 30-45 mins.
Therafter remove the wrap and massage the leftover essence on your body.

If you are using it for the 1st time and unable to stand the burning feel, you can roll the wrap and keep it into fridge for the next time .
