I'll eventually get over this little stint of not wanting to write. It's just not holding my interest lately, but there are a few random things that I can say and put to good use in my journal.
Two shows at the Webster coming up that I could use some help for, as far as regarding tickets.
It's super important that I sell as many tickets as possible for Midtown, Matchbook Romance, Hidden in Plain View, and The Academy Is on November 12, so get in touch with me if you're interested. I promise that this is going to be an amazing show, for obvious reasons. But also, if you have never heard/heard of The Academy Is, this is your chance. They are an absolutely amazing group of (now) 3 boys from Illinois that I've been friends with for about 5 months. Amazing is a poor understatement. That being the mainstage show, there is also a pre-party show next door at the Underground a bit earlier, those bands being Something Like Silence, Avery Underwater, and one more TBA. I can get you a ticket (which will get you into both shows) for 10$, as opposed to the higher door price you'd pay on that particular night. Tell all your friends about this show! Comment here, send me an IM, or talk to me at school if you see me around.
Then, if you particularly need tickets to Taking Back Sunday, Atreyu, Funeral For A Friend, and Like Yesterday, on November 20, comment and let me know. At the cheapest, they're going now for about 23$. I'd say they'll be sold out within the next week or so, not long after, but I can usually help after that point.
I'm working at the Fair on Thursday the 16th with the girls from 6-8pm. I haven't decided yet when else I'll sign up for, but there you have it, at the very least. The actual list of sign-ups for the rest of the class, is going up in a few days.
Natalie just left to put her permit to good use. I told her that I want to be the one she calls first if she crashes. I'm such a good best friend!©
