C.S. Lewis is the man. I love him. Is the paper specifically on poetry, or could you use the christian imagery he sets up in The Chronicles of Narnia?

No, it dosen't have to be on poetry.
I asked her today if I could do it on the refrences to Christianity, and she said I could. So, now I have a theme!

You just read Beowulf, right? You could do Beowulf as a Christ figure, and compare and contrast Beowulf and Jesus. Of course, that has nothing to do with Elizabeth Barrett Browning or C.S. Lewis...but it does have to do with British Literature.
