so anyways.. capt is finally over, and I don't know about you but the first part of the math capt was espicially hard, I thought the second part was a piece of cake..
yes so I finally ran a real workout today without my hip feeling like it was on fire and enough of all this mileage crap. We ran a "realistic 400 time" in 200 splits upstairs because the track was a mess from all this rain. So anyways, we ran 8 repeats with exactly a minute rest and it was a good workout let me tell you. yeahh I might still be feeling it.
After practice I ran out to the track with Shannon to find my pants from yesterday. We found a bunch of clothes soaked, and she took a shirt that said Makeshift Stand on the back, if anyone knows what this means let me knowww, we thought it was a shirt from East. So then I found a note written to someone's "baby" oh man it was halirious note from this girl to this guy and it was all mushy, I got a kick outta it.
Then on the way home we listened to the Aladdin soundtrack, therefore I am going to go watch that movie :)
