This totally takes me back...
When I was in my early 20's I worked @ Starbucks. Colin James - who's music I have always loved was one my my regular customers. After almost a year of serving him daily I finally told him how much I loved him music and that I had seen him @ play @ the Commodore at least a dozen times etc.... He was really cool and we actually became quite friendly. The next time he played the Commodore he arranged for my friend and I to get tickets. We went to the show as we would any other and as usual were dancing ourselves silly (this was during his big band- Cadillac Baby phase). When he started to play Cadillac baby my friend and I pushed out way to the stage. Mid way through the song he sees me, points and announces to everyone in the building that I was the girl who made his coffee his coffee everyday. I seriously almost past out I was so excited.....
