This morning we went over to Erika's and had a loverly time. We were going to turn a box into a play house but we had a moment of trauma so we did something else instead. We did the hang out thing. w00t!
Afterword we went to the library since we tried to go before heading to Erika's but they were closed until 12 because of adverse weather conditions, which is bs, since the roads weren't bad enough for kids to be out of school today let alone the library to open at noon. Whatever. First we went to the one near Wally World that we had never gone to before. I was not impressed. It was about the size of the dinky one near where we live. On the way home we went to the one near where we live. I didn't expect to find a book I wanted but they had "The Lady And The Unicorn" by Tracy Chevalier and "Girl in Hyacinth Blue" by Susan Vreeland (recommended by
half_pint). If the nearby library hadn't had the book I was going to request it.
We're going to hit the downtown library when we go get Trevor in about five minutes.
Can I use the word library one more time?
